Modernizing a legacy AR product by proposing a scalable Lite experience focused on core users and non-negotiable workflows. Instead of patching an outdated, unsustainable, hard-to-maintain system, I led a full discovery and heuristic overhaul, and delivered a new reporting dashboard that gives managers real-time visibility and serves as the entry point to the new system.
A lightweight mobile app designed *in four hours* to help busy parents turn everyday moments into meaningful learning experiences for their young children. With the eventual goal of removing barriers like time, cost, and complexity, this first pass concept delivers simple, research-informed activities that can be done at home in just a few minutes. The experience is intentionally minimal, enabling parents to engage quickly, feel confident in their role, and build consistent learning habits without added pressure.

Designed NetSuite Pay’s landing and status pages to transform a blank, broken experience into a clear, trustworthy entry point. By showing relevant information and a transparent application status system, I reduced confusion, unblocked onboarding, and improved funnel conversion where clients were dropping off.

I spent a couple years juggling a design job by day, and a bespoke cake business by night. I realized I liked eating cake more than making it, and discovered the wonderful world of product design. Meshing my love of psychology, human behavior, and complex problem solving with design, I dove in head first!
Now I spend my free time hiking, eating tacos, and traveling to do both these things in different parts of the world.
