A nationally published small business owner turned Senior Product Designer with over a decade of design experience, I leverage user-centric insights to convert clicks into customers and elevate business impact.

I believe great design starts long before the pixels are on screen.

I grew up translating confusing forms and websites for my parents, which taught me that clarity isn’t just usability, it’s dignity and respect. That lesson still shapes how I approach problems today: intentionally staying inclusive, intuitive, and human.

To stay creative, I’m usually hiking in the woods, crafting something out of clay, or recreating a comforting dish from childhood. I love mapping the recipe steps, finding efficiencies, and letting the creative process flow, the same mindset I bring when solving complex problems.

Whether it’s aligning teams by clarifying noise or simplifying an overly complicated process, I design with people in mind and an eye toward what’s next.

  • Defined the north-star vision for the next-generation Cash Application platform, spanning matching, reconciliation, exceptions, and reporting, therefore guiding 2025–2026 roadmap planning and multi-team prioritization.

  • Designed Versapay’s first self-serve merchant onboarding flow, reducing support load, enabling 20-minute completion with 48-hour approvals, and eliminating reliance on third-party tools.

  • Rebuilt the NetSuite Pay landing and application hub using service design and systems thinking, creating scalable, trust-building workflows adopted across ERP and payments teams.

  • Established rapid testing loops that cut validation time from weeks to hours, accelerating product decisions and reducing delivery risk.

  • Led end-to-end discovery and workflow analysis across ERP and embedded payments, synthesizing insights that aligned executives and de-risked critical roadmap decisions.

  • Leveraged secure, company-approved AI workflows to accelerate research synthesis and prototyping, reducing analysis time by 50%, doubling speed to workflow insights, and enabling earlier collaboration with product and engineering partners.

  • Partnered with Operations to surface and resolve workflow inefficiencies, translating findings into cost-saving, higher-impact processes for internal and external users.

  • Contributed reusable patterns and documentation to the design system, improving consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the ERP and payments ecosystem.
